Let's talk about -The House-
2026-03-11
Hey, hey, hey! It’s been a long time, hasn’t it?
In my defense, I have to admit that I’ve been working very hard on a new project for this page… the “games section”
It will open alongside an original game! designed, written, and programmed by my hand.
I have to admit that even a short game takes A LOT of hours to make. I’ve never made one before, so this project has opened
a whole new world in front of my eyes.
But enough about me, let’s talk about the Flash game “The House” by Sinthai Studio.
Yes! My game will be inspired by that great point-and-click horror classic.
If you navigated the waves of the 2005 internet, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about: black-and-white scenes,
a lot of unsettling noises, a chilling five-note melody, and final jumpscares that crown the whole experience.
With three games under its belt, “The House” became one of the most iconic horror Flash games of the 2005 internet era.
I remember the mix of fear and curiosity when I played this game as a kid on websites like “Pasarmiedo.com” or “Escalofrios.com”.
Now, as an adult, I’m feeding that nostalgic horror child inside me by creating nightmares as a love letter to the studio
that gave me one of the best scares of my life.
Take a look at the location where you’ll explore the horror in my new game:
I’ll post the release date in the “Important News” section. It will be free, and you’ll be able to play it directly in your web browser.
A ghost lion with his headless trainer? YES! Why not? How many movies have you seen with ghost animals?. And let me remind you: this film
featured 3D sequences that activated precisely when the actors put on their “ghost viewer” glasses… the same glasses handed to the audience before
the show began.
Yes, I adore Vincent Price and this was the first film of his vast career that I ever saw.
It’s a classic, so I don’t need to go into the plot.
Luckily, the glorious (and sometimes infamous) Internet has now thrown all this information right in our faces, giving us access to things our
parents never could.
So here it is: a list of the long-lost siblings of “Goosebumps”!
Ha ha! That was the INTRO!
I just hope they don’t mess up the character.
